- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people are the biggest rip-off artists. I submitted an application for apartment rental over a month ago. You have to pay $60 for the application plus a $200 "good faith deposit" We decided to not take the rental, but never received our deposit back as promised! I've called the leasing office several times and never received a call back. Then even called the corporate office and have gotten the run around. Seems like I'm out 200 bucks. Such thieves!
